Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Wonderix Co., Ltd. ("Wonderix", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Wonderix platform — our website, the Wonderix Game Builder, the LINE service, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
Who We Are
The Service is operated by Wonderix Co., Ltd. ("Wonderix"). Wonderix is an AI-powered educational game platform that lets educators ("Guides") create games and lets learners play them. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at hello@wonderix.com.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information. When a Guide signs in with Google, we receive the email address, basic profile information (name and profile picture), and a Google account identifier.
- LINE information. When you use Wonderix through LINE, we receive your LINE user identifier and display name so we can deliver the Service in that channel.
- Learner accounts. Guides create learner accounts with a username and avatar. Learners sign in with that username and a password set when the account is created.
- Content you provide. This includes the messages you send in the Game Builder chat, the games generated for you, and any materials you upload to guide game creation.
- Usage and technical data. We collect log data, device and browser information, and product analytics about how the Service is used.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including authenticating your account.
- Generate educational games through our AI Game Builder based on your instructions.
- Provide learning insights and analytics to Guides about the learners they manage.
- Improve the quality and reliability of the Service and provide technical support.
- Communicate with you about the Service, including important notices.
Google User Data
When you sign in with Google, Wonderix requests the "email", "profile", and "openid" scopes. We use the Google user data we receive solely to create and identify your Wonderix account and to display your name and profile picture within the Service.
Wonderix's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell Google user data. We do not share Google user data with third parties except with the service providers described below who process it on our behalf, or where required by law.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers. We rely on trusted third-party providers to host, operate, and secure the Service — for example, cloud hosting and infrastructure, database and file storage, and the messaging platforms through which the Service is delivered. These providers may process personal data on our behalf and only under our instructions.
- Within your organisation. Learner gameplay data and learning insights are accessible to the Guide who manages that learner.
- Legal compliance. We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Wonderix and our users.
Data Storage and Security
Information is stored on infrastructure operated by our service providers and may be processed in data centres outside your country of residence. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service and for the period required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Children's Privacy
Wonderix is an educational product, and learners may be children. Learner accounts are created and managed by Guides — typically teachers or parents. The Guide is responsible for obtaining any consent required by applicable law before creating a learner account and for the learner data they enter into the Service. If you believe a child’s data has been provided to us without appropriate consent, contact us at hello@wonderix.com and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at hello@wonderix.com. Guides may also request deletion of the learner accounts they manage.
Changes to This Policy
The Service is currently in beta and continues to evolve. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
