Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a school or organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

The Service

Wonderix is an AI-powered platform for creating and playing educational games. The Service is currently in beta: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Accounts

Guides sign in with a Google account. Learners use accounts created for them by a Guide, with a username and password. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for the learner accounts you create and for those learners’ use of the Service.

Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any purpose other than education. Wonderix is intended for creating and playing educational games.
• Upload, request, or generate content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others — including copyrighted characters, trademarks, written works, images, or music.
• Create or request content that is violent, sexual, hateful, discriminatory, or abusive, or that promotes bullying, gambling, or illegal goods or activities.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems.

Content and Intellectual Property

You are responsible for the instructions and materials you submit and for reviewing AI-generated content before sharing it with learners. AI-generated content is provided "as is" for educational use.

Games you generate may be used for teaching and personal, non-commercial purposes. For commercial use or licensing, please contact us. We may remove any content that violates these Terms, and we may suspend or terminate accounts responsible for such content.

Our Responsibilities

In providing the Service, we commit that:

• We log your conversations and the games you generate in order to provide the Service, improve its quality, and offer technical support.
• We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data and we do not sell it to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to other users or to Wonderix. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Wonderix does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. As the Service is in beta, you may encounter defects or interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wonderix and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
